All change

Well it's all finished, the workshop refit is all done, loads more space for making candles and a complete new look to the shop --- piccies to follow when I work out this smart phone, at my age new technology is really an ongoing challenge.

There are plans afoot for a launch party early April, the rumour is it going to be "candles, coffee and cupcakes", you can leave me out of the first two but as you would expect I am definitely up for the last one, especially the vanilla ones! Suppose I will have to share with my younger sister Tissington Tweed, she's the one on the left in my profile pic and helps me with the visitors to the workshop. I will be distributing invites via my blog and on the website - and I have been given the task of sorting out the free gifts etc.

Got to run, someone is throwing a ball in the field next to the workshop and I feel strangely drawn!!!!!

Just a start

Cant do much yet as am learning to type! Not easy as as yet we haven't had our nails clipped, I wonder if that is a cost I can set as an allowable expense on my income tax return.

Just to say that I have been given the task of keeping everyone updated on news from On a Wick and a Prayer as the busy candlemakers have finally noticed that all I seem to do is lie about and greet the vistors  and they are all far too busy to keep you up to date with all the events at the workshop. Should have really just kept my head down and snoozed all day. Anyhow I now have a job, my first one at my age!!!! to bring you up to date with the goings on at Derbyshires finest candlemakers. Forget the "horse" this news will be "straight from the dog's mouth". All new candles, visitors, events etc. special offers and of course news from my family.

Anyhow got to go, half term has seen an influx of visitors up to the shop and I have my duties to perform.
